ingredients 



  quinoa
- 1 carrot
- 1 turnip
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 125 g of tofu
- A little pepper marinade or something like that
- Chickpeas
- Raisins
- Salt, pepper, chilli, coriander, cumin, herbs, oil


preparation 



- Soak the chickpeas overnight in water, and raisins few minutes in a glass of warm water
- Boil water and dip all the chopped vegetables and chickpeas for about 45 minutes, with cumin, chili and herbs
- Meanwhile, cook the quinoa in the seasoned boiling water, then add the raisins and keep warm
- Then cut the tofu into cubes and brown in a pan with a little oil, then add the pepper marinade
- Serve the quinoa in a bowl and put over vegetables and tofu, and sprinkle some coriander
